The best time to visit Kiattua Camp is from the 2nd week of June to 20th day of September when you can witness the midnight sun, enjoy wildlife encounters, and explore the breathtaking surroundings.

The best time to visit Saqqaq Camp is from the 1st week of July to 15th day of September. This is when you can enjoy the unique experience of the midnight sun, Northern Lights, and a variety of outdoor activities in a tranquil setting.

Saqqaq Camp offers a remote and serene wilderness experience in Greenland. It's a place where you can disconnect from the outside world and connect with nature. You can explore the Arctic landscape, view the Northern Lights, and engage in unforgettable activities.

Greenlanders are known for their hospitality and friendliness. While tipping isn't expected as service charges are included in prices, it is welcomed for exceptional service.

Dogsledding in Greenland is normally not available in our summer season. However, you can still experience it by taking a helicopter trip to Lyngmarks Glacier on Disko Island during this time - please note that the helicopter costs in Greenland are high.

The midnight sun can be experienced at our Saqqaq camp from May 20 to July 23. In Kiattua, the sun doesn't set for 21 hours from early June, and even during the remaining hours, it remains bright enough for various activities until it starts getting darker in mid-July.

The Northern Lights start appearing in Kiattua from mid-August. As for Saqqaq, due to its location, the Northern Lights are visible from the beginning of September, after the midnight sun effect wanes.
